I mean working out the pathway that will take you from here to there, from chaotic to order, from escalating expenses to rising growth, from abdicating your responsibilities to delegating them. And this is not a one size fits all transformation, but the tools you need to analyse your business or organisation and work out how to make that step change, each and every time it comes up in your development.

Yet can we agree that what works for one person, business or organisation may not work for another?
Because I truly believe that one method does not fit all businesses and here’s why: not all businesses are the same! Would you agree that each and every business is unique, it has its own personality, its culture, its own goals, drivers and opportunities? And the reason I believe transforming your business your way is so important is that, in a world of change things are always evolving. I’m sure you’ve heard the adage that if you’re not growing you’re dying? Therefore innovation has to happen and it is crucial that those people that you work with need to understand what it is that you are going to do. Does that make sense?
And the time for this is now! In an ever changing world where the even the constant of change feels like it has changed to become the acceleration of change, would you agree that if you are not moving forwards, at best you are either standing still or more probably moving backwards?

Put them into action, create something new because if you consider some of the market leaders in their own industry like Uber who don’t own Taxis or Air BnB who don’t own apartments they challenge the norm and came out with something new.
