A big thank you to Emily Horner Digital Reporter

Three inspiring men from North Yorkshire, Martin Sharp, his son Dominic Furness, and their friend Andy Arter, embarked on an incredible 109-mile walk to raise funds for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). The trio set out on June 17, 2023, walking the Cleveland Way, which stretches from Helmsley through the North York Moors National Park, ending in Filey.

Their journey not only showcased their physical endurance but also highlighted the importance of supporting the RNLI, a charity dedicated to saving lives at sea. Despite the challenges, including diverse terrains and weather conditions, the team completed their mission in just five days, driven by their commitment to the cause and the support of their community.

This initiative is a testament to the power of community and perseverance, demonstrating how personal dedication can contribute to a greater good. For entrepreneurs and business owners, it serves as a reminder that with determination and teamwork, significant achievements are possible.
