Yorkshire's Martin Sharp and Justin Scott excelled in the Kiruna International Snow Sculpture Competition in Sweden, finishing their abstract sculpture "Figurative Animate X Three" in just two days—a record time. Competing against teams from around the world, the duo also participated in Austria's "Shapes in White" competition, placing ninth with their "Unsinkable 2" snow boat. Their swift work in Sweden was aided by the lower altitude and soft snow, enhancing camaraderie and community engagement. Though not winning, they celebrated with local activities like dog sledding and visiting an ice hotel.
