Definitions

‘Waxtie’, ‘Sharp Fit’, ‘Sharp Fit For Life’, the ‘company’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to Waxtie Limited. ‘BBN’ refers to ‘Business Body Network” our lifestyle development product. Please make sure to correctly read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Martin Sharp’s courses/webinars/events hosted by Sharp Fit, a Waxtie Ltd company (‘promotor’). By registering for the Business Body Network Live, you (the ‘Buyer’) understand & agree to your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have any objections to the following terms and conditions in this document or from any other terms on our website, you should not register for, purchase or attend the seminar.

Buyers Conduct

Promoter requires all clients to be professional and respectful to our staff, hosts, guests, other fellow clients, and their families throughout the seminar, including non-scheduled breaks and downtime. The Promoter reserves the right to ask or in certain cases, remove the client and/or their guests from the online session or conference location at any time, should they be deemed uncooperative, unprofessional, rude, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In the case of this scenario, the buyer’s fee/tuition for the seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and will not qualify for or receive any extra benefits or discounts as promoted/advertised and be made exempt from our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee otherwise provided by us.

As stipulated by law, we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. The seminars and programs we host are for educational and informational purposes only. Due to British law, we can make no guarantees you will succeed, achieve any results or offer any physical/measurable gain from our information. We offer no therapeutic, legal or financial advice in our training. The content provided is not intended to constitute medical advice, nor should it be interpreted as such. Any decisions you make regarding your health, diet, or fitness regimen should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. We do not promote any kind of “instant fat loss” schemes and any results outlined in our training are examples, illustrations and opinions and should thus not be considered a promise from us to the consumer for their future performance. Liability waiver

You accept that you alone are responsible and agree you are accountable for your decisions, actions, and results. By registering for our seminars (or any other programs), you agree to not attempt to hold us liable for any actions, decisions, or results, under any circumstances, at any time. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of you or your business decisions relating to any information provided by us and you specifically release Martin Sharp, or representatives or contractors of Waxtie Ltd from liability for any consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information and/or strategies conveyed through our Seminars, materials, programs, websites, or other services provided prior to or in this program, even if caused by negligence of the promoter or its representatives or after being advised of the possibility of such damages.

Exclusions

Note that events are non-residential and do not include accommodation or food and beverages unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

Payments are generally based upon a monthly instalment subscription billed on a specific date each month or “paid in full” prior to the specific event. The overall fee must be paid, including any final instalment, in full, before the date of the event. If you are paying by instalment, then the event you are booking must be sufficiently far enough ahead for all the instalment payments to have been made in advance of the event. All payments must be completed at least 6 days before attending an event.

Consequences of Failure to Pay

If payment is not made within the specified time limits as set above, this will constitute as a breach of contract by the client, allowing Waxtie to terminate the contract and reallocate the bookings and/or tickets without notice to the client. In the event of Waxtie terminating a contract due to failure of payment, Waxtie will be entitled to retain all sums of money previously paid by the client and the sum of the booking fee, if any, should be immediately payable to Waxtie Ltd. This is without prejudice to Waxtie’s rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Waxtie because of the failure to pay by the buyer.

Cancellations or variations by the client (live events)

Cancellation: All bookings are final. Once payments are processed, they cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. All purchases made online through our website come with a 14 day 'cooling off period' (cancelation period).

Selecting your date to attend BBN Event(s)

Your chosen date to attend any BBN event must be selected within 14 days of purchase. If the purchase is made via an instalment plan the date in which the first instalment payment is made will count as the day of purchase. Failure to select a date within 14 days to attend will pose the forfeit of your right to attend the selected BNN event without reimbursement or refund.

Requests to postpone or move the date of attendance of the BBN Event(s)

We sincerely hope that no body becomes unwell or has any kind of emergency. However, it is important to understand running an event takes a huge investment in time, money, and resources. As a result, once a date is selected to attend our seminar, this date is final, and participants must attend on this date. It is not possible under any circumstances to transfer your attendance to another date.

Online Training Products

Access to the Business Body Blueprint Online Training is managed by a unique username and password. The username and password are part of a system which protects the security of the resource and enables us to monitor usage by any individual at any time.

In the event a refund request is received, Sharp Fit reserves the right to track data by an individual (through his/her username and password) of: 

• Specific pages viewed
• Frequency of use
• Time period of use
• Content watched
• Login frequency

A full refund will not be granted if Waxtie has suspicion that an individual has viewed any of the course material that they purchased.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee (10% of the original fee) & a further fee for % of training used.

Refunds following a cancellation

Cancelling your purchase within the ’14 day cool off’ period will grant you the right of entitlement to a full refund of your purchase to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be paid directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation date.

Alterations to advertised packages

All advertised packages, products and events are subject to availability. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate advertised packages, we reserve the right to make alterations to packages both before and/or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, changes of date or omissions occur, Waxtie holds no contractual liability. Where such alterations of date or cancelation occur after the confirmation of booking, we agree to use considered reasonable endeavours to make alternative packages available.

Note that Martin Sharp may not always present at every event, however, we will always provide a fully trained coach from the Business Body model.

 Legal Jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
