Three Welsh Peaks | One Day | New Challenge

The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge delivered more than a physical test. It offered a sharp reminder of what real leadership looks like, showing up early, pushing through discomfort, adjusting when needed, and staying committed to the outcome. Three iconic Welsh mountains, one epic day. This is the full journey through Pen y Fan, Cadair Idris and Snowdon, completed in 12 hours and 25 minutes as the final training session before climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Every peak brought something different, from eerie fog, steep climbs, dramatic ridge walks, and stunning views. This wasn’t just about fitness, it was about mindset, planning and pushing limits in real time.

I climbed Pen y Fan, Cadair Idris, and Snowdon, tottaling 29.6km with 2,376m of elevation gain. All in 12 hours and 25 minutes. This was my final test before heading to Mount Kilimanjaro on the 12th.Each peak brought its own challenge.

This wasn’t generated by artificial intelligence or simulated in a virtual space. This is real intelligence, tested in real life, through sweat, elevation and experience. No shortcuts. Just effort. This is the final checkpoint before we head to Kilimanjaro on the 12th. One big mountain. Ten days. A team on a mission.
