Justin Scott and Martin Sharp, a tree surgeon and fitness coach, respectively, participated in two snow sculpture competitions in January. Competing against international artists, they set a record at the Kiruna International Snow Sculpture Competition in Sweden, finishing their abstract human figure in two days. Prior to this, they created a snow boat in Austria, placing ninth. Despite not winning, they enjoyed local activities and engaging with the community, particularly inspiring schoolchildren to create their own snow sculptures.
